1. Transmission Mechanism: Rolling Contact & Zero Backlash
The Logic: The internal structure employs a precision roller CAM to convert sliding friction into rolling motion.
The Performance: Through the pre-loaded coordination between the CAM and the rollers, mechanical backlash is physically eliminated. This ensures rapid response and superior positioning accuracy during frequent start-stop and bi-directional indexing.
2. Precision Stability: Repeatability ±4"
Key Metric: Supports a minimum setting unit of 0.001°, with indexing accuracy of 20" and repeatability within ±4".
Durability: Due to the low-wear nature of rolling transmission, the precision remains consistent even under long-term heavy-duty machining conditions, significantly reducing maintenance costs.
3. Dynamic Response: High Speed & Efficiency
Optimized Gear Ratio: For high-frequency machining (e.g., 3C industry), models such as CD-125/170/200 feature a 1:36 ratio, achieving a maximum output speed of 111 rpm to minimize non-cutting indexing time.
4. Locking Rigidity: Multi-Stage Clamping
Reliability: Equipped with high-rigidity pneumatic or hydraulic clamping mechanisms. For instance, the CD-255 model provides a clamping torque of 50 kgf.m (Pneumatic) / 110 kgf.m (Hydraulic), ensuring zero displacement during heavy-duty cutting.
