Hydraulic Indexing Table Series

Common Features:

All models use a precision three-piece tooth clutch system with hydraulic clamping. During indexing, the table surface does not lift, maintaining a stable machining reference plane. Indexing accuracy is ±4 arc-seconds, repeatability is ±1 arc-second. Hydraulic clamping provides stable locking torque and strong resistance to cutting vibration. The overall structure is rigid and capable of handling heavy-duty machining tasks.

NCCT Series – Precision Cam-Driven Hydraulic Indexing Table

Drive Method: A servo motor drives a roller gear cam mechanism for indexing, offering fast indexing speed and smooth operation. The cam mechanism has a long service life, making it suitable for long-cycle, high-frequency applications.

Indexing Angles: Standard divisions are 15° and 18°. Custom divisions of 1° or 5° are also available, accommodating multi-variety and variable-batch production needs.

Table Types:

Square Table: 400mm × 400mm to 800mm × 800mm, ideal for clamping and arranging complex workpieces.

Round Table: Diameter from 350mm to 1000mm, with maximum load capacity up to 4000 kg depending on model.

Compatible Equipment: Can be fitted with sub-plates or fixtures. Suitable for milling machines, boring machines, grinding machines, drilling/tapping centers, modular machine tools, and various special-purpose machines.

HCT / HCTV Series – Heavy-Duty Hydraulic Indexing Table

Drive Method: Not motor-driven. Uses a hydraulic power unit with solenoid valve control for indexing. Indexing angles are fixed, supporting only equal divisions (e.g., 4, 6, 8, 12, 24 positions). Arbitrary angle settings are not supported.

Typical Applications:

Milling and boring of large structural parts and housings

Heavy-duty batch production requiring frequent large-angle indexing (automotive, energy sectors)

Upgrading manual dividing heads to automatic hydraulic indexing on heavy-duty machine tools

Special Notes: The HCTV series supports both horizontal and vertical mounting and can be integrated as a 4th CNC axis, making it suitable for space-constrained or multi-axis configurations. Compared to the NCCT series, the HCT/HCTV series offers higher load capacity and clamping torque, designed for heavy loads and harsh operating conditions.
